The Raga Roots club aims to provide a vibrant platform for students to perform and showcase their musical talents while promoting deep appreciation for music. It regularly organizes events, workshops, and lecture-demonstrations by experts to enhance learning and engagement. Through research discussions, jam sessions, and thematic performances, it encourages creativity and innovation in music. The club also actively collaborates with other institutions and cultural groups to promote cross-cultural musical exchange. A key focus is preserving and promoting the rich heritage of Indian classical and folk music, inspiring the younger generation to connect with and carry forward these invaluable traditions.

Activity
The Raga Roots Music Club of the School of Music proudly celebrated the 3rd Anniversary of Zenith in conjunction with World Music Day on June 21, 2025. The event, infused with the club's spirit of musical innovation and cultural expression, featured vibrant performances by both students and faculty, spanning classical, contemporary, and fusion styles. Raga Roots curated interactive musical games and creative sessions that fostered collaboration, joyful experimentation, and peer learning. Aligned with the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) objectives, the event promoted creative thinking and community engagement. It was a grand celebration of music, unity, and the evolving voice of young artists.
